. How Much Can I Trust the Bible?

The Bible is the authoritative platform for Christian teaching, beliefs and devotions. But can we truly trust its words? Scripture affirms its inspiration:

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness." (2 Timothy 3:16)

Archaeological evidence confirms historical accounts, for example the Hittite Empire, Genesis 23:10. There are over 5,800 Greek manuscripts that attest to the Bible's accuracy. The other is fulfilled prophecies, these demonstrate God's sovereignty, Isaiah 53, Jesus' crucifixion, this prophecy was given decade before Jesus came but all that which was said by Isaah did came true.

"Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away." (Matthew 24:35)

"The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever." (Isaiah 40:8)

II. Can I Trust the Character of God?

God's nature is complex, yet His character is unwavering:

"God is love." (1 John 4:8)

His Loving character was demonstrated through Jesus' sacrifice (John 3:16)
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
Just: upholding righteousness, punishing sin (Psalm 7:11)
"The Lord is righteous, He loves righteousness; His countenance beholds the upright."
Merciful: showing compassion, forgiving sins (Psalm 103:8-12)
"The Lord is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy." Today, buy faith those who believe have received his mercy and their sins forgiven.
Holy: separate from sin, calling us to holiness (Leviticus 11:44-45)
"Be holy, for I am holy." 1John 1:5This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.

III. Is Jesus the Only Way to God?

With many religions and faiths in the world, their leaders or founders died and never came back to life. None of them had the courage or boldness to claim what Jesus did.

"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." (John 14:6)

Jesus' teachings and miracles confirm His divinity. he taught with authority and power.
Salvation through faith in Jesus alone (Acts 4:12, Ephesians 2:8-9)
"Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."
"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God."
The Bible rejects pluralism and inclusivism (1 Timothy 2:5, Galatians 1:6-9)
   - "For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus."
   - "I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel."

IV. Why Should I Share My Faith?

The Great Commission:

"Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." (Matthew 28:19)

Evangelism and discipleship are crucial to spreading the Gospel and sharing faith demonstrates love for others (Matthew 22:37-40) Is it not a wonderful thing to share good things with those you love? God expects us to do the same with the gift he gave us, which is his love.

V. What is the Role of the Holy Spirit in My Life?

To start with, the Holy Spirit Jesus in the Spirit form. Now, one needs to know that all that he did when he was here physically (recorded in the four gospels) is what he is doing now and many more.

"And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever." (John 14:16)

Conviction of sin and righteousness (John 16:8-11)
   - "And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment." He will give us a better understanding of all that concerns our spiritual reality. We have a lot to learn about ourselves and the Holy Spirit is there to show and teach us. Ephesians 1:8 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

19 and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might

20 which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,

21 far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.

22 And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church,

23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

- Regeneration and spiritual birth (Titus 3:5-6)
   - "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit."
- Guidance, comfort, and empowerment (Romans 8:14, 2 Corinthians 1:3-4)
   - "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God."
   - "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort." There is much that we cannot write because no book can contain it.

- The Bible is trustworthy and inspired.
- God's character is loving, just, merciful, and holy.
